Developer, Partner at Zorzi

Development, by design.

Flavio de Zorzi is a second-generation partner and board member at Zorzi, the São Paulo residential developer his family founded. The firm’s portfolio spans nine projects and roughly 200 acres across four cities in São Paulo state, from master-planned communities to boutique residential buildings. He leads brand, positioning and product strategy across the portfolio, most closely on Esclusivo Uno, a residential building designed by Acayaba + Rosenberg. He also manages the firm’s governance and succession process.

His path to development ran through advertising. For over a decade in New York, he worked at Droga5, Mother and Ogilvy for clients including Meta, JPMorgan Chase, Target and Nike, earning D&AD White and Graphite Pencils and Art Directors Club Gold. At Ogilvy São Paulo, he directed campaigns for two ultra-luxury residential developments by Gafisa, one of Brazil’s best-known developers. He is now completing an MS in Real Estate Development at Columbia University, with a focus on design-led residential investment in New York.
